How to brine a Turkey

A few years back, my good friend deep fired a Turkey.  It was amazing

Last year for Thanksgiving, we brined the Turkey.  It was MMM amazing

Brining is a very simple process before you cook the bird.  You get a large pot or bucket, fill it with water, lots of salt and spices, herbs, sugar, molasses…whatever you want, and let it site for 12-24 hours.
